Application :

• There Were two fermentation equipment 50 Liter and 150 Liter.
• We had Develop the system as per Bio- Engineering control process by using Rockwell Automation Compact Logic PLC & Factory Talk View (Site Edition) Supervisory data acquisition (SCADA).
• We provided software system as per GAMP 5 guidelines and 21 CFR part 11 Compliance Process

Criticality :

• Controlling of Temperature, Air Flow, pH & Dissolved Oxygen is very Critical in
• Fermenters to get proper Quality of the product. Also we need to maintain proper data recording
• Of critical parameters for Audit Purpose.

Solution :

We had Develop the system as per process requirement by using PLC & SCADA system.Proper programming Logic was develop to maintain the required parameters (Temperature, DO, pH ) in the Fermenter. Both the fermenter were controlled from Single SCADA system.
We provided software system as per GAMP 5 guidelines and 21 CFR part 11 Compliance Process.
