Checking of O Ring Orientation of Automotive Component.

Criticality :

If O Ring fits in wrong orientation, it will be detected only after leakage is happened after assembly of complete part. It was waste of Time, Efforts & obviously Money. So selection of Camera was very critical for 100% proper Inspection.

Solution :

Proper Mega Pixel Camera along with Correct Lighting was selected by Technovision Team. Location of Camera Mounting was also very important to get the consist results. The Complete system along with the Fixture for the Component was design by the Technovision Team Internally along with the Camera, PLC & HMI Programming.
