Checking of Thread Presences / absences on Automotive Component.

Criticality :

Volume of Component to be checked was very high. So Speed & Accuracy of Checking was critical.

Solution :

Looking into Volume of Component , Two Fixtures were design. When Inspection of One Part is going on, operator will load another component. Then this component will go for inspection & operator will remove first part & will load other part in that fixture.
The Complete system along with the Fixture for the Component was design by the Technovision Team Internally along with the Camera, PLC & HMI Programming.
