Multiple Solvent Transfer to Reactor for Batch preparation.(Concept applicable for other Products also)

Criticality :

Hazardous Area & Accuracy of Solvent Transfer for proper batch preparation.
Due to Hazardous area selection of instruments was very specific. Accurate amount of solvent was necessary for better batch preparation.

Solution :

We have given load cells to measure the accurate quantity of each solvent transfer to Vessels. In house our engineer has done PLC & SCADA Programming. Complete Reactor, Piping & related mechanical work done by our associate firm.
System operates with following Operation:-

• Charging of Vessels.
• Heating & Cooling of Vessels.
• CIP of Vessels.
