Multiple Solvent Transfer to Reactor for Batch preparation.

Criticality :

Hazardous Area & Accuracy of Solvent Transfer for proper batch preparation.
Due to Hazardous area selection of instruments was very specific. Accurate amount of solvent was necessary for better batch preparation.

Solution :

We have given Mass Flow Meter to measure the accurate quantity of each solvent transfer to Vessels. In house our engineer has done PLC & SCADA Programming.
System is mainly used for charging of vessels.

• PLC – Siemens Make – S7-1500 Controller.
• SCADA – WinCC Software.
