Application :

Camera is checking & identify different child parts on the air filter assembly.

Criticality :

There were around 15 variants of air filter. Each air filter were having almost more than 20 different child parts of different shapes, size & color & location. System identifies the same & generates alarm.

Solution :

Two Cameras were used in the Project. Cameras were mounted on X-Y Servo Based Gantry. Operator first need to select the Recipe of Filter Model to be tested. Once the filter is detected Both the Cameras will move as per programming & will detect the child parts mounted. The Complete system along with the Fixture for the Component was design by the Technovision Team Internally along with the Camera, PLC & HMI Programming.
